Fall Leadership Meeting
We understand that because of the location, many leaders are starting to plan their travel to the fall leadership meeting. To that end, we want to share with you the following preliminary information. As a reminder, information will be posted and updated on www.rptefall.com.
Hotel Information
Sleeping Room Rates:
- $299/per night + 16.2% + $2.00 CVB tax
*The sleeping room group rates will be available 3 days pre/post meeting dates, based on hotel availability.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
*All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
Hotel reservation Cancellation: Reservation must be cancelled 72 hours prior on the scheduled day of arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge.
